Thought I’d do them a solid by leaving a 5-star but clearly they don’t need it. It’s well-deserved. I highly recommend this shop for two reasons - the salespeople are actual watch nerds and know the details. They also carry multiple great brands. I went in thinking I wanted a particular brand but ended up going with a different one and am very happy with the pivot. Also, points for dealing w/ my energetic toddler in a cool way.

Found my husband's perfect watch that he's been eyeing for sometime. Kalen was super helpful and friendly getting the watch squared away. Justin was so patient getting the watch sized (my husband is super picky). I highly recommend them if you are in Vegas wanting to buy a beautiful time piece.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Horologio and purchasing a Grand Seiko watch. I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide range of timepieces on display, and the helpful sales person, Corbett, was there to assist me in making my selection. Corbett was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and providing valuable insights into the features of each watch. I appreciated the personalized attention I received during my visit, and Corbett's exceptional customer service made my experience at Horologio truly memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Horologio to anyone looking to purchase a quality timepiece, and I can confidently say that Corbett's professionalism and courtesy played a significant role in making my experience a 5-star one.

Not at all satisfied with the staff who work there. The older gentleman with graying hair in a jacket and tie does not know the exact references and models of the different watches, to a specific request of mine regarding a reference relating to a watch" the gentleman question he took a watch out of the window to show it to me without even having asked" as he didn't know the reference to which I was referring at all" furthermore he tried several times to divert my attention to something else (without any logical sense) which in his opinion It was funny outside the shop itself." I would therefore say the attitude for the entire duration of my visit was not serious and unprofessional. I was forced to leave without buying anything at the end...

Horologio is the best place to buy a luxury time piece with helpful staff (Blake) that are knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I love the Omega Seamaster I purchased from Blake and will be back soon to add another price to my collection.

We stopped at many watch stores while visiting Las Vegas recently. We bought 2 watches from Horologio at the Venetian. They have a great selection and Janay was very helpful, showing many pieces to us. We'll stop there again when we're back in town. Unless we lose at the casino. :)

Jackie and Barbara were amazing. The service here went above and beyond. Never felt rushed but also felt like we were given the needed attention. Very knowledgeable and I could not say enough good things. Jackie was on point when helping us check out and Barbara’s customer service is top notch. Would recommend everyone looking for fine watches to see them.
